Arrow pest control did EXACTLY what he said he would do over the phone. Larry didn't try to play games with the pricing. He gave me a quote over the phone and performed the tasks that he outlined. He was professsional, courteous, respectful of our family and even went the extra mile to help cover a whole in our attic. I call him for his services again.

Larry was extremely professional in returning my calls promptly and answering all of my questions. They accomodated my schedule by having an individual, Ron, come out on Saturday because I couldn't make an appt in the middle of the week. He was very respectful of our home and very thorough. He made sure I was satisfied with the service and went above and beyond to treat our home. I would recommend Arrow Pest Control to anyone!
