Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System

I was without hot water - cellar flooded from Hurricane Irene - he rescheduled a couple service calls to get to my home first, and then fixed my furnace. Excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

Bob, was great! He answered all my questions about the opearation of a furnance,the furnance airfilter and humidifier and air condotioner. He was dependable, showed up when expected. cleaned up well and was very pleasant to work with. His work ethic is excellent. I would hightly recommend him. We also have dogs and he was great with them! ,

Bob's level of professionalism is unsurpassed. Responding to the initial request within one hour lead me to immeditate scheduling for an estimate. After a very detailed explanation of product and service, I was convinced that Aspen was the appropriate choice. I had consultations with two others but neither was even close to his level of direct experience with installation, marketing, or general contractor knowledge. Bob worked very quickly to place cable and install panels around my work schedule. He was always quiet, complimentary, and extremely neat. At the completion of each segment of work, he cleaned. I have already recommended him
