He is a punctual,friendly, fast worker. I found the price per window to be far better than most , but somewhat more expensive than one other installer. He will finish today "rain or shine" according to Steve. He did more in one day than other multiple workers did in two days.

He did a nice job-came when he said he would on time. Cleaned up-paid attention to detail and answered some follow up questions I had. I have only had the windows for a few weeks so we'll see how we like them and how they hold up over time. The Thermolock brand is not sold by many other installers so, again, we'll see over time. But an excellent price for triple pane windows.

The salesman, Paul, was very accomodating in scheduling our first meeting. He was not pushy which was very much appreciated. Steve, the owner/installer was very prompt and installed the 10 windows and cleaned up everything within 6 hours. I am very pleased. I ordered the triple pane, double hung, and am quite excited to my first winter with them. I would have no probelm referring them to my friends and family.

It took us some time to get this project off the ground, but Steve was very patient throughout the process. Through him, we were able to get triple pane windows for not much more than the cost of double pane. Steve installed all the windows in the house by himself, working quickly and efficiently and neatly. He is a great person to work with; we recommend him very highly.

Steve and Paul were excellent to work with. We are very happy with our windows and specifically with the care and workmanship they have provided. Their promise to deliver the best windows and service were certainly met with our project. We highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a good contractor.
