The technician was a little bit late but he did call and give us a heads up that he was running late. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and overall just a pleasant professional. He did a great job rewiring our thermostat and the price we paid was lower than expected.

1st Step- Call AAC! 2nd Step - Refer to step one. Allan was very prompt & professional & gave great advise as I needed a replacement unit from my 30 yr old one. He was on time & was able to install on Saturday to help my tenants from the Freeze coming in 2 days. He spent 13 hours working on the replacment due to complications of gas lines and rerouting them. AND, at no additional charge!! He advised my tenant how to use everything & came back the next morning to check things out. He was extremely informative of all that was done & needed. I am SO pleased to know there are still people & companies like this still in Business!! 100 STARS!!

If I could give Jeremy 10 stars, I would. He walked into a rats nest (literally and figuratively) when he came to look at our HVAC system. Apparently prior owners were pigs and Jeremy had to put in a lot of work to rewrap all the ductwork and get the system fully operational again. He did an amazing job. My contractor friends all said they were impressed with what they saw. Mastic, new wrapping, condensation pump, filters - he fixed all of it. Best of all, he impressed my wife when he came out to bid and that's what won our business. Respectful, professional and hard working.

Atlanta Air Care responded quickly to our needs. They are honest, and totally skilled in HVAC system repair and installation. They saved me money up-front and for years to come with the high efficiency unit I purchased at a better price than two other HVAC companies had quoted for inferior units. They did all this withinin 2 days of our moving here from Florida and buying a home here. I would recommend them to everyone!

Atlanta Air Care responded promptly to a furnace issue I was having at my house. They came out the same day and fixed the issue promptly at a reasonable price.
