It was very professional, likeable guy. Told me everything he was doing and what need to be done. Done in a timely basis. Price was good. Stressing before. No stress after.

Atlanta Air Care are scam artists. We called them out for a service call because the A/C would not blow out cool air, only hot air. We were told at the time of making the appointment that the service call fee was $40 and only if repairs were made would there be an additional charge. The tech came out and said that the breaker was tripped but charged $89 for flipping the switch. When we asked why we would be charged $89 if a repair was not made he stated, "Don't blame me - I don't make up the prices. It's a DUMMY charge." I asked if the unit started to blow out hot air again after a day or two, would they come back out free of charge as a warranty since we were paying the $89, and the tech stated, "Why would we warranty work? There is nothing to warranty when I didn't do anything. You would have to pay again." OKAY, so if you're acknowledging that it's a DUMMY CHARGE and that you did NOT do anything, then why are you charging $89, instead of $40 for the service call. We called the next day to speak with the manager and the young lady we spoke to said that she did not see any indication that there needed to be an $89 charge because the tech did not make any repairs, and that the charge should have been only $40 for the service fee. We asked to speak with a manager but he was unavailable -- as it turns out he was avoiding our call, because it took 2 days and us calling again, in order for him to finally call back. When he did call back he had an ATTITUDE. First, he stated that we were charged $89 because he had to send the van, basically, you're saying we paid for gas??? So we countered with the fact that that is what the $40 service call fee includes, and that there should not have been an additional charge if no repair was done as stated upon scheduling the appointment. He then says that we paid $89 for expertise because the tech flipped the switch. That's an absolute scam. We should not have to pay $89 for him flipping the breaker switch - he should have not touched it and just verbally told us it was the breaker - we would have flipped it ourselves. That is outlandish. They have no value for loyal customers, and have now lost our business due to their unscrupulous and unethical practices. DO NOT trust them nor give them your business. Research another company - you've been forewarned unless you too want to be hit with a DUMMY CHARGE!

I have used Atlanta Air Care twice now. Replacement of a 2 Ton/14 SEER Rheem system downstairs summer 2016 and a 2 Ton/16 SEER Rheem system upstairs spring 2017. Both installs went smoothly and timely. AAC is very quick to respond and install. Their prices are competitive as well! I would not hesitate to recommend AAC for desperate and/or budget minded consumer. Thanks guys! I gave 4/5 stars on quality of work because some of the detailed steps in the installation process could have been slightly more refined.

Atlanta Air Care did a wonderful job installing my replacement HVAC system. I now have a very efficient and reliable Rheem A/C and furnace. I had 4 companies provide bids for the replacement system and AAC was by far the lowest price. The day of installation also went well. They arrived on time and had unit up and running within the estimated time. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend to others.

Replaced both my ac and furnace systems. From the initial meeting with Daniel Surrillo, the sales rep. through the installation of the systems it was very professional. The technicians, James Rollins and Conrad Smith, were very careful as they worked in my home. They are friendly, knowledgeable, respectful young men. I plan to continue using Atlanta Air Care in the future and highly recommend them.

We had Complete Heating & Cooling system Replacement done. The estimating manager answered all our questions with details. Installation was good, done by one experienced person and another assistant. We are satisfied with their customer service.

You get what you pay for. A cheaper installation quote, no customer service and good luck getting them on the phone. I'm already calling other AC companies to negotiate a warranty package. I need a company that cares and you can get on the phone. Small company mindset.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS! We met with their sales rep Jeremy Yancy regarding installing a HVAC unit in our basement. We showed him the space where we wanted to have the unit installed. He told us in no uncertain terms that it could be placed in that area. (We also had another company tell us it could be installed in this location) We inquired if Atlanta Air Care would apply for any necessary permits and he again told us they would do that. (# 6 on our contact states “ATLANTA AIR CARE WILL OBTAIN ALL REQUIRED PERMITS”). To date Snellville has no records of any permits being submitted for our address by Atlanta Air, they completed this horrible job in the early part of April. Atlanta Air has cashed our check with payment made in full. Aside from the issues with them NOT applying for our permits, we also experience several other issues with them. There was a wheel barrel full of debris in the basement that one of their installers knock over dumping all the debris on the ground. He was asked to pick up what he knock over. He just laughed and walked away never cleaning up the mess. They also left our back yard full of cigarettes butts. No one in my home smokes!!!! At the time the installers arrived we were told the unit could not be installed where Jeremy told us. In addition to that our contractor who was working on our basement had to stop his work to build a wall that was needed to support the unit in the “new location”. This cost us an additional $450.00 from our general contractor to complete before Atlanta Air could install the unit. The installers showed us where the unit had to go explaining it would only take up a small area out of what would be the family room. After the sloppy install of the duck work it takes up a space of about 2x7 ft. Part of the agreement was for them to also clean the vents in our existing unit. Atlanta Air returned to our home on 5/2/17 and we showed the rep the issues of the cigarettes butts, debris left on ground and the installation of the sloppy duck work. The gentleman took pictures and agreed this was sloppy work and would bring this to the attn of the owner an assured my fiancé we would get a return call. My Fiancé’ explained to him that we have been calling leaving messages with Katie but NO ONE has returned any of our calls. He told him the owner is on vacation, but please just me patient as soon as he returns he will call us. He told us their customer satisfaction in very important to the owner. My Fiancé was recuperating for surgery and does not recall the name of the gentlemen that came to clean the vents. Another week goes by and we start making calls again and Katie continues to tell us that the owner will call up back. At one point Katie tell us that she gives us her word that he will call us before the end of business. That call never came to fruition. After about another two weeks he was finally able to speak to the owner, and Jermey on a conference call as he is trying to explain to them all the issues/concerns we are having Jeremy states this is not true. Jeremy states to just hang up the phone!! ! The next thing he hears is the dial tone. We’re not even sure if this was the owner who was on the line with him! WE CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO RETURN OUR CALLS OR EMAILS REGARDING THE STATUS OF THE PERMITS NOT BEING FILED, OR EVEN TRYING TO RESOLVE ANY OF OUR ISSUES. ATLANTA AIR CARE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Very knowledgeable from sales to installation. Installers very neat and did a great job. Gave extra effort to make sure done to my satisfaction. After the installation I needed a return visit to correct one item which was provided promptly. By far the best price of 4 quotes.
