After requesting a quote from Service Magic A to Z was very prompt and the service was great. However, I needed them to come back again for an unrelated issue. We set up an appointment and no one came, or called to cancel. I called back and we rescheduled for another day. Again, they never called or cancelled. Also they never returned my calls asking where they were. It's a shame that their customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth since their initial service was excellent.

Response by A to Z Mechanical, Inc.: As mentioned we were able to troubleshoot and repair the customers a/c problem promptly and efficiently. When the customer called for a second service call it was in the middle of a heat wave and there was many other service contract customers ahead of the customer who pay contracts to be first on line. We do apologize for not being able to respond to the call as promptly as we would have liked to but considering the circumstances and the work load we do the best we can. we can only say that we will work harder in the future to insure that our customer service dept. keeps up with the demand. We thank you again for your business.

They called immediately to set up an appointment. And had completed the job within two days. Kept in touch, and told me if they were running late. Service was excellent. The only down side was that the cost was a bit higher than I wished it to be.

A to Z was good except they came in to give us a quote to perform additional work, said they would fax it to us and I have called them at least 5 times to follow up on the quote and getting the work done with NO return phone call. If they are not interested/don't have time to do the job, they should just say so!

Thanks to A to Z Mechanical I know have heat. I have had three other companies come in to service my furnace over the span of THREE WINTERS!!!!! and know one could ever figure out and fix the problem. I heard everything from flat out lies to putting the blame on me for my furnace not working when I needed it most. A to Z mechanical responded immediately to my request they were proffessional, knowlegable, prompt, readily available, honest and extremely courteous. They identified the problem and fixed it in just one try. I would recommend A to Z to everyone and anyone. Thanks guys for a top notch job!
