Project: Repair or Replace a Sump Pump
Old sump pump replaced with new pump. They left the old pump sitting on the floor for me to dispose of, which was fine. However, the area around the sump pump pit was left quite messy and they got debris on a couple of carpet runners near the pump pit which stained the carpet. These are small runners that could have been easily moved out of the way. Overall, Jim and crew were very responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Atwell was very responsive and replaced the sump pump quickly. I had a subsequent concern about potential debris in the sump well (as this was the probable cause of the former pump going bad) and he came out to address that concern and ensure the pump was working properly.

They had to remove the faucet, which I sexpected. Don and his helper were efficient and set us up with a good, new system.

Jim(Atwell) stepped in and SAVED the day after I had used another service to install my main sump and back up systems. Atwell plumbers went out of their way to provide prompt and outstanding service in my dire time of need. My experience with the plumbing service industry started out bad and got worse. Atwell pluming restored my faith that we can still find reliable,professional and friendly service, without feeling like you just got reamed and ripped off. THANK YOU JIM and his guys out on the job!! PS. Jim actually came by to supervise when I know he had been sick at home.

the new pump atwell installed had a defective switch (not atwells fault). They were quick to replace the pump and follow up on their work. I was very satisfied with the process.
