prices were good. Tom was thorough and offered to do the project the same day as the quote. He did this quickly and efficiently with out adding addtional services that i didn't need.

What a pleasant experience! Tom arrived on time to review the job, then provided a thorough quote (including a price breakdown so we could save by doing our own digging.) He spent a lot of time examining our whole system to insure their was sufficient power available and where it was allotted. He also spent as much time as was necessary to patiently explain what needed to be done, and what WAS done when the job was complete. He even checked a previous contractor's work and made some adjustments on it to improve safety. Honest, on-tiime, knowledgeable, and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor.

From the first phone call to the end of the job, dealing with Tom from Aurora Electric was a pleasure, the man is a true professional. He was flexible in meeting our scheduling requirements, and started & finished the job on time. He was able to get some of the materials at less than he originally quoted me, and subsequently passed along the savings to me... you don't see that too often anymore! He went the extra mile to make sure we understood and were satisfied with the end result. If your looking for an honest, trust worthy professional, you won't find better than Tom from Aurora.
