i was very please with all that was done. the floors look great. I would tell anybody if you need your floors done he is the man to do it.We are doing our floor in the kitchen and he will be the one we call.Great job.

Worst job ever. Cracks appearing more every day, caulk smeared everywhere. Work left undone and a huge mess that left sawdust all over my lanai. The men Ava's sent, I did not agree to hire. They were sent to work on my home by Ava's. So beware of this issue. Omar of Ava's promised to redo the job himself since the men he sent messed it up. Well its been three weeks and no redo or refund as promised over and over by Omar of Ava's. I will send pictures and emails and texts with all the contractors promises to anyone who wants to see them before they hire this company. So buyer beware.

not very experienced with glue down hardwood flooring to concrete,large sections had to be redone failure to dry fit flooring caused loss of time and materials excessive glue all over flooring,non responsive to calls to complete project, hired other contractor to complete prodject

After receiving quotes from several other professionals, I was really discouraged after hearing their prices. But my spirits were lifted after speaking with Omar and then meeting with Antonio. Both were extremely congenial, professional, and their prices were fantastic. I mentioned that I would like for someone to meet me that same evening if possible and though they were both working on other projects, Omar made sure that if he couldn't make it, that he'd connect with Antonio and one or the other would meet me as requested. Without fail, Antonio was at the property 10 minutes before the time we agreed on. They are absolutely the best!

his company is doing very well his employees are very professional and able to pick up and deliver supplies and laid aprox 2300 sq feet in 6 days, I am very impressed with his work. Also sent a maid to clean up after his work I am very pleased with his work

I hired Omar from Ava flooring to refinish my front living room. He did an excellent job on the refinishing. It came out beautiful. He offered me a reasonable price, and I was impressed with the finished product. He showed up on time, explained what would done, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Great personality and I immediately felt like I could trust him in my home with a key. Omar had great suggestions when I wasnt sure of which option I should pick. I highly recommend him to refinish any wood piece! It's the little things in customer service that makes a difference and Omar understands that.
