They did a good job and professional. However, on their inital estimate I told them I only had limited tile to use. When the day came to do the job, I was told there was enough tile. However, when they were almost done I was told differently. We were able to work it out, but I believe they may have made errors in the cutting for the edges, and that is why we ran short. In the end they did have to piece together tile to finish, and that was a little disappointing. The two men who were on the job were very polite and helpful, and worked very hard. I would still recommend them.

Response by BCT Flooring and Showers, LLC: The tile was already there and we did what we could to make it work there was no promise that there was enough tile especially when it was on a diagonal it takes more tile to complete

He did excellent job, completely redid our bathroom with new showers, sinks, and flooring and his work was top notch. I had him come back and do my kitchen with granite countertops and floors and did great job. I would highly recommend him and often do!
