I used B&G Remodeling to repair / upgrade a three seasons room / porch in a rental home of mine. Bill was very quick to come out, review the situation and make a quote. He realized because it was an investment property that cost and increase in home value was important. The room had eight irregular sets of dilapidated louvered (jalousie) windows, and a screen door. He replaced the windows with standard sized sliding windows, replaced the screen door, ran extra electricity, AND converted an interior window into a standard door leading into the porch. Bill told me this was a challenge due to the irregular sized opening in the house. He
