George from B Kool was great on his quote, accurate, and his was the lowest of the three bids that we got. He sent out two installers, Brian, and Rick, and they were very good communicators. I have had many other installers come over to the house that could not communicate verbally with me, but not in this case. The new unit installed was brand new, and it is running great.

They were awesome to work with...just basic facts and polite. I didn't give the Value for the Money or Quality a higher score because it is simply too soon to tell if the AC will last. (I hope so. I couldn't afford a new unit.)

Brian diagnosed the problem very quickly and had it fixed just as fast. Their rates are much better than what I have paid in the past (for the same work). I feel that this was a very honest deal and I will call them next time. Thank you very much B Kool Heating & Cooling!
