Project: Repair or Service a Refrigeration System

The repair person was not in a company uniform and did not show ID. His hands were dirty and got finger print on the ice box and sweat over the refrigerator. There were two men and one asks to use the bathroom. I would say that they 'did the job' and beside my noted complaint, I would possibly hire them again (maybe).).
