Project: Install Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Bruce was very knowledgeable and honest. He was my third bid on a furnace that went out in cold weather. The first quote was $3K to fix it or $7K to replace it. The second said it wasn't worth repairing and he would replace for $5500 ($2500 for a new furnace, $3K for new ducts which he said I needed). Bruce came out and fixed it for $400. He and his partner took the time to explain everything to me, talk to me about my options, all without pressuring me as to what to do. I would definately use him again and would refer him to people I like!

Project: Repair a Brick or Stone Fireplace (Gas)
I am very pleased with the quality work and professionalism provided by B.R.Mechanical. After his initial inspection of our gas fireplace, Bruce was able to find the parts to repair a 33 year-old gas valve. His attention to detail and knowledge resulted in a "brand new" look and comfort from our fireplace.

Bruce came to my house on a Sunday for emergency support and spent time to fix and explain the problem with my boiler so I felt confident and happy. Bruce was knowledgeable, trustworthy and a fantastic value. I will use him again for any hvac project

You do not have enough stars for me to rate my overal satisfaction with B.R Mechanical. I was impressed with their honesty, work ethic, professionalism, detail, and price. I will be a repeat customer for sure. I highly recommend them. Thanks again for the great job you guys did! My only disapointment is now the weather is nice enough I don't need to use the cooler.

Bruce was excellent. Brought him into a strange situation, correcting another contractors mess, and Bruce was great. He was honest and careful with our expenses, was easy to work with, and did a great job. I highly recommend hiring BR Mechanical.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
Bruce completely surpassed my expectations. Our A/C does not seem to make it to the second story. Bruce took the time to check out every component of our system from the capacity and functionality of the outdoor unit to the functionality of the intake vent on the second floor. He ruled out any possible need for repair, and even tried to steer me away from the high expense of adding a ductless unit upstairs. In the end, he offered to get pricing for me but it was clear he didn't want to see me spend the money on it. After all that, he wouldn't even allow me to pay him for his time on the inspection. Thank you Bruce!
