Double the price as anyone else. I had to find somebody to do the job right away so went with them not a wise decision. I wont use them again.

Called and needed this project done within 5 hours. Person called back and confirmed appointment and the tech was there within hours cleaning the carpets for me. Great job and I would recommend this company.

Customer service was great , accommodating and friendly. However, coffee stain was promised to be taken care and basically it did not come out as it was promised in out case. I was a bit disappointed about it. Overall job got done with no other complaint of mine.

The young man from B & H worked wonders on a red wine stained pale beige carpet that I was about to ditch.He also cleaned two armchairs and steam cleaned a grubby limestone floor. All of the above has been brought back to a NEW state. As well, Michael was charming and polite.
