The workers were great and easy to communicate with. Work looks good. Clean up is excellent. There apears to be communication problem with the foreman. I felt I did not get timely notification of start time. Adequate supplies often were not sent and one aspect was missed completely. They will have to repeat that part of the roof. The workers have been here 4 days and need to come back to correct the error. This should have been an 9-12 hour job.

I highly recommend Bate's Roofing, from start to finish the job was handled very professionally. The job was completed in one day by three workers and I have received numerous comments from my neighbors on how fast it was installed how good it looked.

Bates was prompt and left time to make up my mind without a lot of follow up calls which is something I like. The crew arrived about 9am and was finished including clean up at 6pm same day. They were very polite and non intrusive. I would definely recommend them for and estimate to anyone.

Bates Roofing were prompt in responding to our request for a bid. They provided us good advice on the most appropriate materials for the quality and design of our home. The work was started and completed promptly. The workers were friendly, professional, arrived promptly and completed the work thoroughly. Equally as important, each day when the workers departed, they left our home and surrounding area clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Bates Roofing, without question. Good price, Top quality materials and first class work.

Bates had the best warranty and financing. The removed my old roof with no mess and put my new roof on all in a day and a half. Quality workmanship and great guys.
