Mr. Bauman was very quick to respond and to set up a time for me to drop the laptop off. He did what we discussed and was very easy to work with. I usually fix my own computers but didn't want to this time, he is someone that I will go to in the future as I need someone else for computer issues.

S l o w ! Did not complete job. Did not have equipment on hand to do the job when he arrived on site.

Response by Bauman's Computer Solutions: Since they did not leave their name I am not sure who this is. All I can say is if there is an issue please tell me now. This is not the place to resolve problems. I strive for the best but I am realistic that not everyone is going to be happy. But, they should let me know if they feel the job was not done. Since all my customers have paid me, this throws me for a loop. One thing I can agree with I am not as fast as some people since I am 6'5" 400 I tend to take it a little easier on people's floors and furniture.

Project: Repair a Telephone System

Project was the deinstallation of a Partner Plus phone system in a residential location and wiring of 7 extensions off newly installed and wired 66-block. Henry was very professional, courteous, and timely. Price was certainly reasonable, especially for short notice and on a Saturday, the work was top-notch. Have already requested his services for another wiring job and computer work.
