Mr Baun was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He was curteous, affordable and timely. I would totally trust him with any needs in the future. He was also honest and fair with what needed to be serviced. He is one of a kind as far as customer service and it was a very refreshing change!!

So thankful we were able to find someone with Mr. Baun's knowledge and experience. Extremely helpful, professional and more importantly honest! Mr. Baun was able to save us approximately $3000 off of our first estimate. Very nice man and was prompt in calling me back. His rate for a fireplace/chimney inspection was very reasonable. He provided a lot of good information and had some good suggestions. This was the first step in a remodeling project and now I feel very secure in proceeding with the project.
