The technician will give you an estimate on the repair based on his findings, which will include the parts (if needed) and labor cost to complete the job. If you decline the repair, a $75 Diagnostic fee will be charged. Very prompt response and easy to work with. Roshan is intelligent and can think ahead so that there is no delay waiting for parts. I did not get a chance to compare the price quote by others. So, not sure about value for money. Do not forget to ask for warranty on parts and labor.

Came three times over a month (twice an hour late). Third time brought wrong part and walked away saying to find someone else or buy a new dishwasher (this one <2 yrs old) because it wasn't' worth his time.
Response by Baycity Appliance Service: I'm sorry for your trouble but I'd like to add few comments to clarify the situation. I have been to your place 3 times because of the difficulty of getting correct parts for this dishwasher. I did refund you the diagnostic fee and left you all the correct parts I brought in (worth around $100) with no charge.
