We were disappointed with communication. The project turned out quite nice but it seemed to take a long time for the company to get us on their schedule. Once $ was sent to Bear Creek we did not hear from them for several weeks causing us to wonder what was going on. Joe does appear to know his plants and picked good ones for our redo.

They are completely unreliable. They missed several scheduled appointments with us. When we tried to call them noone would pick up or return our calls. We finally got them to come out once and they just mowed the grass and left without raking or doing any of the other things that we had agreed upon originally. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Response by Bear Creek Landscapes, LLC: We tried to get things worked out,. Unfortunately, my maintenance manager didnt respond to their calls. I have since let her go..This was very uncharacterisitic of us.We have corrected the problem ...

They came out and did a great job on one of the rainiest days of the year. Significantly cheaper than the other place we got a quote from. I recommend Bear Creek Landscapes.

It might take them a day to return calls or reply to emails. I suspect it's because they are busy. Busy sending skilled crews to my house and neighbors making and keeping them beautiful. So far, they have visited my house three times. The work they have done is high quality and very thorough. The representatives to whom I have spoken and exchanged emails have been courteous and professional.

We contracted for both landscape and hardscape services and everything was completed in a professional and timely manner. They were very accommodating in fitting the work into our schedule. Our yard was transformed from being neglected and overgrown to being neat and well-tended. I'm sure our neighbors are as happy with the end results as we are.

Wow! these guy transformed my backyard into a relaxing garden. I had a graval backyard that was so depressing. Now I can enjoy the flowers, butterflies, and fresh air in the extended out door living area. You will not be disapointed. Joe was very informative and produced the vision I had.
