The good news is that my leaking shower head is fixed. Now, the bad news. I was disappointed that the contractor called and said he would be 15-20 minutes and it was more like 30-45 mins. And then he didn't have the part we needed and it took him over 2 hours to return! Needlesstosay, I found that irksome. I thought the cost of the job was more expensive than it needed to be. Definitely sticker shock!

Tim had a full day before getting to us but was very friendly and helpful. He was prompt and did a great job with the repair. Would definetly recommend using Ben Franklin and him in particular as a plumber again!

They were promt and the work was good. Price was outrageous. But they didn't quote a price before doing the job, my fault. I had other quotes for about half what they charged, assumed they would be close.

I had one plumber tell me I had a problem that was going to cost $600+. I brought in Ben Franklin Plumbing for a second opinion and their guy spent much more time diagnosing the problem and found that it was much less serious of an issue than originally thought. He came back on a Sunday and fixed the issue in no time at a very reasonable cost! Would highly recommend this company!

My toilet was leaking into my basement. They came the same day I called and fixed it within an hour. The price was half what I had anticipated. The plumber was pleasant and efficient. I have already recommended them to my real estate agent for any jobs she runs across. Very good work!!!!!!!
