I took a shot and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 2;30pm Saturday afternoon. The owner answered and told me he could get someone to my home in an hour and there was no additional charge for Saturday appointments. The plumber was upfront with the cost of each task I requested he complete. In addition, he found when doing the job, there there was a part I didn't need (I never would have known had he not mentioned it) and he deducted $189 from the estimate. His work was perfect, he was friendly, quick, and even swept the kitchen floor when done. My new faucet works great,

They showed up with in the first hour of our scheduled time slot. The work by the technician (Allen) was done in a timely manner and fixed the problem completely. The cost of the work was around what I was suspecting, so I feel their pricing was fair. I will be giving Benjamin Franklin a call next time I have a plumbing issue.

customer service was a little overwhelmed. the final price was not described by their estimate.
Response by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing: NOTES FROM HOME ADVISOR (I need to have my gas wall oven assessed to see if there's a leak in the line or if the oven is out of order.) We Tested gas line for oven, and found no leaks. The over itself smelled of gas inside, and seemed to taken a long time to ignite. We recommended she have an appliance personal check the oven. Customer was charged a $59 service fee and $110 to asses the gas line and check it for leaks. If the customer was quoted something less than that I would be happy to discuses the mater.
