The work completed was quality work, however they work very, very slow. We were told a crew would be available and all the work was completed by the owners brother with the exception of the electrical work. We were told things would be done on certain days and they never completed work on schedule. Lastly, communication was inconsistent. We would request a quote, invoice, etc by a certain day and time, were told it would happen, yet it never occurred as planned and promised. Again, the work is very good if you don't have time frames to stay in.

I had my porch columns repaired and tile installed in my kitchen backsplash. Ben Stahnke and his brother Dietmar did an excellent job. Ben was patient and accomodating with the design even when I surprised him with a last minute change that involved extra detailed work; on the first day of the job! He was calm and unflinching and surpassed my expectations. An unexpected issue arose (as it happens with most construction jobs) and it was handled with professionalism and again a calm attitude. I felt very comfortable with the workers in my home (which is a big deal for me). Highly recommeded; would not hesitate to use this company again.

The final product looks great and the craftsmanship is superb. The owner and his brother were very nice and knowledgeable. The project took longer than expected, partly due to material availability and a small work crew.

Project: Repair a Sliding Door or Tracks

Bennan came up with solutions to what I thought was going to be a difficult project of working with old sliding glass doors. Went beyond what I thought needed to be done but that's why I hired someone that knew what he was doing. I can now open up and close and relock my door again and am so glad that I now can open up my doors to my sunroom again and be confident that I can close and lock them.
