Always on time,they gave me a schedule at the start of construction and stuck to it very closely sometimes ahead of schedule! Very nice people to work with. There were a few unexpected expenses at the end of construction but all in all very satisfied.

Professional, yet friendly. Did exactly what I expected for the price, plus more. Work was done timely, job site cleaned after. I requested bids from 5 different contractors and Berk Built was the first to give me a bid, plus was a more detailed estimate than the others.
