Project: Build an Addition

Roman did an excellent job in reviewing the job with us and in presenting the quote. From that point, he kept to his word on all timelines and actively participated in the details of the work. His group did an excellent job and worked in a very timely and effective manner and were exceptional in the care and precision they took in the job. I would highly recommend Best Contracting for several reasons - Reasonable pricing and explanation, Timely work and follow up, exceptional quality and work ethic, pride in the detail and overall service of the job. This has been a great experience with great results.

I could not have asked for a more professional yet personal contractor to help me with this project. Roman Best listened to my ideas and what I needed to have done. He guided me with selections, pricing, schedules and when problems arose how to best handle. Communication was never a problem. Roman always returned calls or e-mails with answers to my questions and always kept me informed. I would and already have recommended him to friends. I plan to hire him again in the future.

Project: Build an Addition

I hired them to install an 18' beam to replace a wall dividing 2 rooms. They did great work and everything went very smoothly. Most importantly, I feel confident with the end result. Their pricing was very competitive and I really enjoyed working around and talking to all of them. I have to say that the few times I've hired work out in my life, there's always been something I wish was a little different or better, but this is the first time I can say that I wouldn't change a thing. I highly recommend them.

We had a very good experience with Best Contracting & Development. Our project evolved from what we originally had planned to do and Roman gave great suggestions along the way. He was available by phone or email and was quick to respond to any questions. He had very qualified people working for him through the whole project. We would definitely use him again for another project and recommend him to friends and family.

Roman Best was an Excellent Contractor. He was always on the job directing the work force, seeing to it that they did their work according to the contract and thus insuring that we would be completely satisfied with the end result. His expertise and suggestions made our bathroom a truly "HOLLYWOOD' Bathroom.
