Betterbuilt garage doors rep came the same day called and fixes the problem. Very professioal and friendly. I would reccommend them to anyone needi g garage door repair.

My main concern now is that the rep. spent 30 minutes checking and lubing the unit & door, but could not get it working properly. He said it was just worn out & probably needed to be replaced. I paid his $65 fee, & we discussed costs of replacing the unit. But I made no committments. When my husband got home, he pulled a cord on the unit, snapping something into place, & the unit now works perfectly every time.

I hadn't planned to spend this amount of money, but it is a beautiful door and it is QUIET!! I love it! The color is a rich forest green and insulated, making it beautiful and quiet. Installation was prompt and well done. I doubt I will need another door on this house, but I feel confident that DJ will help me keep this door in operating order.
