Showed up two and a half hours late. Gave me a lot of options no budget choice : (. Courteous, efficient, competent, but did try to sell the upgrades.

Confident worker and excellent job. Giving a quote he ordered the parts. One week later and it took one day to install and finish. New shower fixtures that he had to go through the wall and repair to install. And I got a new toilet. I am very satisfied.

This was the first time that I had ever hired a plumber and I was very pleased with the results. Zach was on time, very professional and pleasant and also very thorough. He checked the house from top to bottom to make sure everything was included. One of the toilets had a leak that I wasn't aware of and, apparently, it never stopped running. I only knew something was wrong when my water bill went from $50.00 to $220.00. I also had a faucet leak and a cylinder needed replacing. Israel did the labor and he, too, was professional, pleasant and thorough. I am very pleased to have used Big Blue and to have had such perfect results.

Big Blue had excellent customer service, an excellent team of plumbers, and overall exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately for us, our job didn't turn out to be an easy fix. We had to replace the tub and tile, but I'm confident they did the job right and they have guaranteed their work. Joe and the team really started to feel like friends only after a few days of them working at our house.

This company went out of their way to help me when my hot water heater failed on a Fri evening. I called on Sat morning and Ebony was a dream to deal with. She couldn't schedule me until Mon. so she gave me the numbers of her competitors to try. They were all busy too so I went back to Ebony and she managed to have a supervisor, Zach, come out to evaluate the problem. Zach asked his installer if he would come out on Sunday and they said "yes", so I got a new water heater on a Sunday with no extra emergency charges. I call this going above and beyond! Thank you Big Blue!

Harris gave me an estimate on Monday and they completed the work I needed one on Tuesday. They were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. They explained everything they did in an easy manner and made sure I understood what they were doing. Also they were very careful not to let my 3 indoor cats out. I would hire they again and ask for the same crew.
