They came in right on schedule and only took one hour to put up the tent to started the fumigation. When we came back on the third day morning, the tent was removed and workers were all gone. No final walkthrough.

The first company I talked to did not inspect under the house in the initial visit. By contrast, Big Pine went immediately down into the cramped and filthy crawlspace below the floor and spent considerable time inspecting the pillars and framing -- before I had even agreed to hire them. Then, their treatment quote was 30% below the other guy's. Definitely recommended.
