They did a furnace tuneup, and provided information on the condition of the furnace and likely repairs/updates. Professional and courteous. They were late on arrival but kept me updated on their eta. Would use them again.

To Charge $ 203.00 for 10-15 mins work is outrageous on top of the driving charge which made it almost $300.00???? Seriously--and it wasn't reported as an emergency either?? Won't be using you again!!!

My water heater failed. They came out and assessed it on Saturday and installed a new one on Monday. While the installer was under the house routing a new drip line he discovered There was a leak in one of the pipes on the other side of the house. He help me get that resolved too. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain my options. A very good experience.

Our heater had lasted way longer than it should have. When it finally went out during a very cold spell, Black Hills got us a heater installed within a couple days. Very pleasant and professional to work with.

The repairman was very informative and knowledgeable. He could not repair our thermostat because of its brand and the exclusion of his company for repairs. However, he fully explained what was going on and who we would have to call for repairs.

We own a 100 yr. old house with 100 yr. old challenges, the guys from Black Hills Heating dealt with and handled all of the challenges in a timely manner. Professional, technically skilled, and easy to deal with during the entire job.

Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
I need to see if they followup on their promise to come back twice a year, They took about an hour and the balance of time I paid for could be used to clean up the heat pump which he stated it needed.
