Project: Build a Garage

Jeff built a garage for us and was great to work with. He was very thorough and took the time to explain our options to us. He addressed any questions/concerns we had in the process and was always good about responding when something came up on our end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and we will definitely contact him if we have any other projects come up in the future.

I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen. Jeff was great to work with and addressed any and all concerns I had in a timely manner. We had a some surprises along the way, such as lowered ceilings and raised floors but the finished kitchen is beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and I will always call him for any remodeling I need in the future . I feel he is honest, sincere and truly listens to what you want. He is also very reasonably priced.

I was very pleased with my kitchen remodel. Jeff is very trust worthy and honest. He was completely up front on the cost and service. I felt that I was always getting the best value for my money. Jeff was always prompt, respectful and friendly. I will use Blaine Construction when I remodel my bathrooms.

This was a large remodel plus the addition of a 2 car garage. The project was completed on time and on budget and turned out great. I would recommend Jeff with Blaine Construction to anyone lookiing to remodel their house.

Project: Build an Addition

I am satisfied with the end result with these exceptions: the new roof does not line up with the old; the wrong size nails were used for the roof and they visibly protrude 1-1.5" below the eaves; the floor inside is not level; the windows were moved to different locations without a discussion. The process was made exceedingly difficult due to Jeff's poor communication and lack of supervision. He came to the job unprepared on a regular basis where he would have me look up and print out building specifications. I would communicate my desires to him and this was not relayed to the subcontractors, where things would need to be redone.

Jeff with Blaine construction did a good job explaining the process of my full house remodel and garage addition, and gave me the confidance the project would be completed with a quality finish. I knew when we started the the remodel that it wasnt going to be easy becasue it was an old house and every room was going to be changed. They turned my old run down 50's style house into a show home. My house turned out beautiful and I would recomend them for lany large or small projects. Good Job

I ended up not being able to move forward with this project. However, based on the phone conversation I would call Blaine construction again. He seemed very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
