They were very professional and very concerned about our needs and not just trying to make a sale. Though issues have arisen that will require us to wait about 45 days, we know that we will use Blue Caliber. We had 5 companies give us estimates, and although they were not the cheapest (and didn't profess to be), we will most definitely use them. There is something to be said for professionalism. I only wish we would have been introduced to them before we bought our current security system. We may not have the need to completely change our system if we had!
