Our AC went out on a Sunday night/Monday Morning. We were contacted by Blue Star Air within 30 minutes of going onto Home Advisor. The communication was great, the service tech was friendly and the service call and minor repair was fairly priced.

Sanjay, the owner, is a great guy, honest, genuine, and their prices are unbeatable. He would come out to give estimate for free while other A/C companies would charge $79 just to send out a technician. Great customer service and great value! I would use them again!

My coil system broked down ALL my freon leaked out. Okay, good news summer is over, bad news the holidays are approaching. I called several 5star rated Ac repair companies. Had one company located in Orlando come to my home for a FEE of $70 just to tell me my coil broked. Really..You live and learn right Blue star air condition was at the bottom of my list to get a quote. Sanjay made the WHOLE process easy and price unbeatable ...I saved hundreds of my hard earned dollars..I took photos of my unit Sanjay confirmed availability of part and find out it was covered under warranty. He was always professional and polite. His team of technician were also professional,knowledgeable. I would recommend Blue star air condition to my parents or any of my family or friends. Blue Star responded very quickly to my request, and in the same day came to the house, and resolved the problem. From the time I put in the request until it was completed was 6-8 hours max. Very professional, and I would recommend them for further service

The service was exceptional. I was very pleased with their work. They answered my questions where I could understand what they were saying. When they got there, they wasted no time and got to work. They didn't stop working until the job was done. After they finished they took the time to make pleasant conversation and left on a high note. The two technicians that were working together worked as a team and you could see that as a causal observer. I don't know what they did to my A/C system,. But, whatever they did, they made the A/C system operate more efficiently and run better than it ever did since I bought the house in 2001. Fantastic job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
