Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Matt provided us with excellent communication and service. Our situation was different than others, since we lived in one state and needed a small deck put on our home in another state. We put our trust in him, and we are happy we did. He arrived on time and completed the job in one day. We were unable to be at our home when he said he would come back and clean up, but sure enough, he came back as promised and cleaned up everything. When we arrived in Maine to see the finished product we were very pleased. My husband and I would definitely use Boca Builders again!

Project: Repair Drywall
Great communication, prompt every day. Explained cost and possible cost changes if any were to incur. Job description: Mud, tape, sand all drywall I installed. Even helped me with some advice on the rest of my building project. I would recommend Boca Builders to anyone for any job. Very knowledgable and no one could touch thier price, especially without sacrificing quality and performance.

Awesome, came in and fixed another contractors mess! Finished the first job and we have now hired him to do more work for us. consistent and willing to work around our hectic schedules, fair pricing, willing to go the extra mile.

THEY WERE ON TIME FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM AND FIXED IT FOR FREE. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND WILL HAVE THEM COME BACK IN THE SPRING TO WORK ON OTHER PROBLEMS FOR US.
