make sure you are there in person to explain what you want done, communicating through emails and phone calls does not work and leaving it to another family member to make sure it is done as agreed can create confusion between the contractor and the customer . i am very pleased with the outcome, I would hire again for any tree/brush removal.

i was very pleased with Brandon Lord Tree Service. they did an excellent job, were professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable, left our property cleaner than when they started! we will probably have additonal work done by them in the future and recommend them to others. it's nice to support a young, independent company that has pride in their work.

I was extremely pleased with Brandon Lord Tree Service. He came very promptly, gave me an estimate on the spot. I interviewed 2 more tree guys, and chose Brandon Lord not only because he gave me the best price, but because he inspired confidence, and was just getting started in his own business after working for others enough years to be experienced. I was very pleased with the work he did. After he trimmed our trees, we actually saw a hawk!

Bandon and his partner Ron are consumate professionals doing things the artisans way. They are professional, courteous and reliable as well as fair priced. I liked their services so much I suggested them to my neighbor who also hired them. I intend to use their services anytime I need to.

Brandon trimmed all dead wood and cleaned up 4 large trees on our property in the East End of Pittsburgh. He performed the work as he proposed he would. He showed up when he was scheduled and completed the work in the time he said he would.
