they talked me into using them by saying no matter how bad the carpet is we can clean it almost perfect, except for punch stain, so i agreed to have it cleaned for that high price, i had told them i just needed it a simple clean cause i was pulling it out, but they talked me into it and it didn't get as clean as they said it would and it costed 99.00. they were nice but they shouldn't say they could clean it when i told them i didn't think it would clean and i would have gone with a cheaper company.

Response by Bravo Carpet Care: You advised me that your carpet had various punch stains and etc. I told you we could definitely get the carpet cleaned, but punch stains are permanent stains (which you were advised of on the phone). And I'm sorry that you feel we were talking you into cleaning, but we were just explaining to you our process of cleaning. And as for what you mentioned about us charging you $99, the receipt clearly shows that you paid $89. Your husband was present during the cleaning and saw that we removed the soil, making the carpet look like new. He was understanding about the permanent stains, saying that he's had experience in carpet cleaning himself.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff was able to explain how the whole steaming process worked for me. It was my first time and they were patient in answering all my questions. They took my trashed rental property carpet and made it new again, and they were cheaper than their competitors to boot. I would not use anyone else.

They showed up on time.The carpets were clean when they left and to my surprise, they bragged that the carpet would dry quickly because of their machine they used, and it did!! Even on a rainy day. I'm happy.

The people that worked for Bravo Carpet Care first explained what they would do and how their machine worked. They were fast but thourgh. After the carpets dried we noticed three spots that didn't come completly out. I called the company the next day and told them about the spots and they had the crew here within an hour, to take care of my problem. I was rreally impressed with the responce time and no questions asked. OUT STANDING COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
