They pulled a fast one and made a 5 minute repair during the "free estimate" --so were able to charge us a service call. Then they charged us for a service call when they returned to do the project. Very dishonest.

Response by Breski Plumbing, LLC: This was an unfortinate miscommunication. The home owner could not be contacted.There were two seperate issues.A bath tub leak and a shower valve that needed to be replaced. I explained to the renter that the leak was a simple, quick, and an inexpensive fix.The renter thought the owner would be alright with me fixing it right then and there.I then gave her (the owner) a free estimate on replacing the shower valve which she was o.k. with and had me do the work.

Shopped around and they offered the best service for the price. Wish they also offered to disposed of the old tub, and patch up work.

Response by Breski Plumbing, LLC: I explained to this home owner on several occasions that we do not patch sheet rock, but we do our best to make clean straight cuts so that himself or someone he hires can patch it quickly and inexpensively. I also told the owner that we would be happy to take the old tub for an additional charge.He did not agree so I spent an hour of my free time cutting it up so he could fit it in his garbage.

I would definitely hire them again. Rusty gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and the job was completed well and quickly. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and why.

Breski Plumbing did an excellent job in a very short time in cleaning my sewer drain. The response to my request was prompt. I have used service Magic twice so far this spring and I must say that after being a business owner myself and having hired countless contractors, that Service Magic is BY FAR the BEST service I have ever utilized. Jeremy and Rusty are wonderful. They kept me informed when the cost of parts had changed. They showed up on-time and completed the work professionally. They even took care some other issues while they were at our house. Their cost is much more reasonable compared to some other big-name shops. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends or colleagues.
