Project: Hire a Handyman
Briain came on a Monday for a couple hours, did not finish job. I called, he came back. Completed some of it, and left saying he'd be back. He didn't come back nor has he answered my phone calls. I have cancelled his check. Wonder if I will hear from him now. If you hire him make sure ALL work is complete before you pay or he leaves. Quality of work.....the work he did on the 2nd day was not of quality work.

Project: Hire a Handyman
This gentleman started out strong and I thought I had hired a gold mine. Midway through my project, Mr. Sarni seemed to lost interest and appeared distracted with other matters on his hand. The major work he did well and with punctuality; the small details were either overlooked and done sloppily, i.e gaps in places where there should have been a firm fit, inaccurate measurement of door sweeps, and so on. I withheld a portion of the final payment, pending caulking and touch up paint to be completed. That has not happened, and he has not been back or called about finishing the work. I'm sorry I couldn't rate him higher.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Brian installed two sinks in the master bath. He was very prompt to respond to my inquiry and his estimate of how much it would cost was accurate and reasonable. He did a great job! His work was meticulous and neat, and he was friendly and professional. I would definitely work with him again.

Overall a very satisfactory experience. Brian came out promptly, evaluated what needed doing and did it. He discussed the job with me before starting the work, gave me a price that was accurate and provided a very descriptive invoice that I needed for our buyer.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence
Fantastic experience overall - Brian is knowledge, friendly, good-humored, very good at explaining the technical details of a construction job (approach, materials needed, implications of competing designs, etc.), and really delivers. I found the job to be reasonably priced as well.
