My experience with Brian Unkert Flooring was excellent. Not know exactly what to look for, Brian explained in detail what I needed for the repair of my hardwood floor and how to save in the financial planning. He was on time for the date of the work to be done and completed it in the time he had alloted. Not only was his preparattion and work totally professional, he followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was and will definitely use his services on any future work I will need.

Brian went over and above to insure our total satisfaction. Even before getting the job, he fixed an issue with our hallway closet. Then while installing the floor, he fixed a persistent squeak in the floor that we had for years.

We were totally pleased with the professionalism and craftsmanship of Brian Unkert Flooring. They did a wonderful job touching up our staircase and installing new floors in our family room, office, dining room and living room. They worked very neatly and took a lot of pride in everything they did. We highly recommend them and have contracted them to do our master suite.

Brian contacted me quickly after being notified via Service Magic, and was very professional. He listened to my concerns and was eager to accomodate my needs working around his schedule. Without wasting any time, he came out to measure the area of flooring, made recommendations and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I was concerned about the price, and visibility as to what I would be paying for, and what i liked about Brian was that he had a "rate" for everything. So you know what you're paying for... Finally, Brian found wood material appealing to me, per my descriptions of what I was looking for. He did a wonderful installation!
