They came quick when I finally decided to have work done and they did a good job of replacing my two outside faucets in addition to doing a drain stoppage that I thought of when they were enroute, and they were very personable.

The quality of the work was very good. He was prompt in answering the request. The work was doen the next day. Everything is working fine. I thought the price was a tab bit high but the work was very good.

I was impressed by the quick response from the Brooks Plumbing team. I made the call regarding my hot water heater and I had a service associate to my house within 30 minutes. Starting off a Monday morning with no hot water is never a good way to start the week, but within a few short hours I had hot water again. They advised me of my options, I decided it best to replace the old water heater and the work was done right away. I would definitely recommend Brooks Plumbing. Thanks guys!
