Bruce came out and surveyed the next day after getting a quote that was far more reasonable than everyone else I looked up. He was very thorough and made sure he did the job right. We were very impressed and we quickly realized we got our money's worth. Did a great job, we highly recommend this company.

Extremely great value for the money - I called around to several surveyors and they were by far the least expensive. When it came to the survey itself, they did miss a few small details but I did a little research myself and/or added my comments to the survey drawing before they sent over the final copy. They actually did send over a copy by mistake and ask for payment prior to incorporating my comments but once I got in touch with Cliff Hyman, he took care of the issues right away. I was a bit bothered that they overlooked my comments so that's the reason for my knocking down the customer service score to 3.5. Overall, very impressed!
