The A/C unit has been replaced and tested, but it took them too long to respond and get a technician out onsite. We initially contacted this company on Thursday(15Mar12) but they did not complete the job until Tuesday(21Mar12). If they are this busy then they should hire more help.

Only th[ng I did not like was,I did not get a call from the company leting me know if I was getting service or what time they was to come.Just showed up at my door at 06:30pm."THOUGHT THEY CALL".

In my area, it's hard to find people that know what they're doing and people that want to get rich after one job. These people are great, I got a better unit for alot cheaper than I was quoted for a unit cheaper than the one I got. I am very happy I found your website before I got my A/C unit.
