It is really too soon to rate customer service. So far they are professional, thorough and friendly. It is more expensive than we thought it might be but considering all the work they are doing and the repeat calls to be made and a one year guarantee. It is probably worth the cost. Sam also inspected the wiring in the attic to determine if any of the wires had been chewed.

I needed an insect damage/infestation inspection and report for a refinancing. The inspector arrived within the expected window, but there was no phone call to let us know he was on his way. He inspected the entire house, but said he was unable to inspect part of the foundation because there was excessive dirt piled up next to the outside walls. We've had inspections before by other companies, and this has never been mentioned. He did say that there was no infestation. We had no follow-up call from Bug-Masters, and we received a bill from them for the full amount seven days after the check I wrote the service technician cleared my bank.

Sam, completed inspection of house for varmit entry spots - located dead racoon in wall & extracted. He & assistant came back next day - patched entry spots - screened vent on roof- set traps in attic. professional & very effective service - a bit exspensive but probably worth the cost - will have to see how thier work stops varmit entry to attic in the future.
