Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms

I live in NJ and have an investment home in Pittsburgh, I needed an entire rehab done on the house (shell) in Pittsburgh. I went through Servicemagic and sooner than I ever expexted received a call from BB&D. We made an appointment and before I knew it I received a written estimate-1) New Kitchen. 2) 1 and 1/2 new bathrooms. 3) New dining room 4) Repair hole in living room ceiling. 5) Paint entire house, 6) Cleaned basement. 7) Correct and expand front porch, etc,,.Six weeks later the job was done, and a great job it was. Two thumbs up!!!

The deck has turned out to be more beautiful than I ever imagined!!! Terry and Ryan are extremely professional and very creative. All our neighbor's love their work and have been asking about them. I am planning on hiring them for other remodels around the house. This was a construction project that Burkett Bulding made a pleasure to do and I would recommend them over anyone else hands down.

Very professional. Timely, prompt, and courteous. They arrived to begin work every day before 8:00 AM, and my bathroom was completed within the estimated time frame. A very good job in replacing damaged plasterboard, repairing small section of water damaged floor, installing 6x6 ceramic tile in entire bathroom, bath/shower sliding glass door, new sink & pedistal, vinyl floor and painting. Much attention to detail in workmanship, and job completed in entirety - nothing left undone.

Completely gutted basement, split 2 car garage and added 1/2 of it to basement. Put in bathroom, laundry room, utility area, kitchen area, and gameroom with fireplace. Also remodeled 2 other bathrooms in the house. All work was done in a consistently excellent manner. Terry, Ryan and Pat were unfailingly courteous and professional. They went above and beyond our expectations in the completeness and quality of the work done. The job was started on time and completed in a timely fashion. We would definitely hire Burkett Building and Design again.
