james was very professional and prompt. his customer service was excellent and answered my questions completely. he walked us through the entire process from start to finish. his turn around time on our report was about 12 hours and he was in constant contact. he was quick to answer emails and questions we had. i would use buyers companion home inspection again and i would recommend them to anyone.

The home inspector, James was knowledgeable, courteous and patient. He answered all of my questions and also made some great recommendations for the issues that were discovered with the home. The report was thorough and I would recommend him to other home buyers.

I am the Real Estate Broker and James Graham was the inspector for my buyer. He was one of the most professional and thorough inspectors I've every used on a deal. He was prompt; quite personable and a great spirit; extremely knowledgable and answered all my client's questions; and emailed the inspection report which was quite detailed, thorough and done with a spirit of excellence the evening of the inspection. I cannot say enough about Mr. Graham, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
