C & D Construction is a company we absolutely intend to use again. They completed a project for us in the winter of 2013 and did a fantastic job. We interviewed a half dozen professional remodeling companies and knew C & D Construction was the right choice after the first meeting. Because of his expertise in the home building industry Chris was able to ensure flawless completion of all steps of the project including all required permits and licenses. Chris was on-site on-time each day to ensure the work was being done to meet our (and his) high expectations. They met every aspect of our plan and added significant value to our home. A+!!

Chris, of C&D Construction, completed repairing the drywall in my kitchen ceiling. Chris left the kitchen cleaner when he finished than when he started. Communication with Chris was excellent both before and after the project. There was no question of the project scope. As this project completed, I requested that Chris provide an estimate for a much larger project (remodel basement). Currently, We are working through the initial stages (project design) of this remodel effort so Chris can provide an accurate estimate.

Hired Chris to install bulky wall art at raised height on large wall. He measured the installation area perfectly and did the job efficiently. Prompt in returning calls and very personable. Would definitely keep him in mind for any other projects.

A smooth project from start to finish. Replacing our deck required taking down the old one and replacing it with improvements that brought it up to code requirements This job is at the top of my list of home ownershship improvements/repairs in 38 years.
