Project: Install or Replace Wood Stairs and Railings
We had old concrete steps removed and new steps and railings installed at both the front and side entrances. Chris was amazing! He kept us informed and up to date on the progress of the project and ensured that we were not inconvenienced very long while those entrances to the home were out of commission. Very pleasant to work with, and we LOVE our new entrances! Adds a lot of much needed curb appeal.

Project: Build an Addition
We had a gareat time dealing with Chris and his men. They were very professional and polite. The job was done early and it was an excellent addition to our house. I would use CM Custom Builders again and recoment them to anyone thiking of doing constructon work. Cliff Pedersen

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
Our experience with CM Custom Builders has been excellent from the original contact with Chris and to the completion of the job. Chris was very helpful with suggestion through out the process. The workmanship was excellent. He kept us informed from day one, as to what workman would be there, plus when deliveries would be arriving on the job. We have already recommended to our friends.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
My project was to remove outside stairs to my second story; replace the door with a window, etc. Chris did a terrific job! I also had him do a few extra things. I highly recommend him and will use his service for future jobs!

Project: Hire a Handyman
DISASTER!!! A 2 day proejct scheduled for completion on Dec 16th was not completed until February. He left an upcapped pipe in one bathroom leading to a flood, he broke my deadbolt when simply planing the door, he gouged a doorframe and chipped my medicine cabinet mirror and had to replace it. I had to hire a local plumber to repair the 2 sinks he install. He put the large medicine cabinet in the half bath and the smaller medicine cabinet in the full left He left my home a mess of dust as he didn't shut the door when working with sheetrock etc. He charged me more than double the agreed upon amount!. Do not hire this guy!!!!!

Project: Manage a Construction Project
Chris was patient and fantastic in working out our problems with our bathroom. He provided a solution which was different than other contractors and just as effective and saved us money in the long run. He communicated all along the way and pulled all necessary permits. He was worked hard to ensure our bathroom was fixed in the time frame. My wife and I would both highly recommend! Why four stars then? Well just to make sure you read the review!
