Maids arrived at agreed upon time. Was not informed that I needed to supply clearning products. For the price, they should provide. Prior to their arrival, I sent an email indicating the areas they should pay close attention to. They responded that they knew what to do. They missed a lot of things to include a mirror that is over a buffet, the outside of a toilet, tile in front of the fireplace, etc. I had to spend 30 minutes to reclean. The cleaning is surface, not deep cleaning and it is doubtful that they sanitize anything. I will not use them again and do not recommend.
