Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation

Justin did a fantastic job helping me with my blown in insulation throughout my house. Based on his knowledge of the construction field, he also recommended adding a couple of roof vents to prevent my shingle from prematurely cracking due to sun exposure & heat. Justin showed up to my house 10 minutes prior to the agreed upon time. When he works, he moves with a purpose. Therefore, I felt like he wasn't wasting my time and money. He charged a fair price and he was very respectful of me and my property. He's concerned about not leaving a mess & not damaging anything. If I have another project that I need help with, I will call Justin.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof

Mr. Selle was punctual with meetings and communicated well. He was willing to provide info such as license, insurance certificate, labor and materials list, but he had to be asked about these things. I think more often consumers should be demanding these things and the pros will get the idea to provide them up front. He worked hard and efficiently and I thnk he did a good job. He was willing to upgrade the job and materials as I asked, but I would have preferred that he recommended some of these things. I would hire him for future remodeling work.
