The Calloway and Sons technicians that arrived were prepared and courteous. Performed a full inspection and resolved my immediate problem, and they also identified potential issues for me to monitor and prepare to repair in the future. Competent and professional service.

Hired them to replace a corroded drip pan, 41 inches long, that spanned across the a/c attic space. Mr. Calloway called me promptly, was able to come out as soon as my schedule allowed, gave me an estimate, stuck to the estimate (didn't find "new" problems.). In fact, he added - at no charge - a monitor that will assist with cleaning the system.. After the work was done, at my request, he sent a service contract for my review and emailed my receipt as well. Very friendly and professional as was his assistant, Dominic.

They were prompt in getting back to me after I saw them on this website. I paid in advance for a two-year service contract for two houses. I requested a maintenance call for one. Dominic came out within a few days. Hecdid a good job. My only complaint is that I have not gotten a detailed account of what was done. I also paid for refrigerant and again I had to request a detailed account of the invoice.

Didn't show up the first time. I had selected a specific time through homeadvisor, but apparently it came through to them as a couple hour time range. They need to fix that. I called every 3 minutes for 30 minutes to see if they were coming, but never could get through to them. Eventually they called and we rescheduled for the next day (they provided a discounted rate). They came out the next day for an approximately $80 service call. They identified the problem as an electrical issue, and said they could fix it for another $160. The fix required a small amount of materials and 10 minutes of labor (he wouldn't clarify how much of that price was materials and how much was labor). It was odd that they charged an additional fee for the 10 minutes of labor for the fix. Other A/C companies I use charge a fee for the first hour of the service call, but if they can fix it in that time, then that fee is the labor charge (plus a materials charge) Calloway basically charges a service call fee for them to get out the car, then any repair work whether (even if they are at your house for only 10 mins) is an additional fee. The repairman was friendly and seemed honest. The issues seems to have been resolved a couple days later. Just those concerns I mentioned.

The communication was a little shaky at start cause the owner of the company that I talk to was not at the work site but it all got worked out. Very please.

I chose Galloway from this website and called them, around 9am. Dominic called me back within a few minutes, was at my house an hour later,located and picked up the new motor, and had it installed and running again by 2pm. Wonderful service, pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable, and a price that seemed reasonable. Thank you, Dominic.
