Professional attitude. Impressed by quality of work that was completed. Was not impressed because contractor was late but did not call and there were some pictures not dusted. I felt the contractor was somewhat rushed.

The quality of work I expected was poor. I did a better job when I cleaned the empty property myself a year ago. There was still dust and dirt in areas that he should have cleaned (light fixtures, window panes, ceiling fan blades, closet shelves etc.) I was utterly dissatisfied.

Jeff was very professional and did a great job overall and followed up in a timely manner. I had Maid Brigade come through as well and they were way overpriced for one cleaning and didnt do as half a good of job as Jeff did all by himself - and Maid Brigade sent 3 people!
