When quoting, Scott provided insurance certificates and a list of references. His pricing was competitive for removing tree roots, installing a french drain, adding top soil, grading, and reseeding our back yard. The work was done very professionally, and we are very pleased with the outcome.

I having a problem getting Scott to return to correct by water flow issue , also I'm losing water from the pond. also during the transfer ing my koi from the original pond to the holding tank , helper injuried my koi as he wass removing it from the pond, koi died in transfer tub. also it taken Scott about 3 weeks before electrican completly install gfi unit. So of 7/25 I'm still waiting on Scott fix waterfall problem. please help me if you can

Response by Cambridge Landscapes, Inc.: I tried several times to get in touch with bob.I also told bob that there is nothing wrong with the water flow its flowing as it should. Bob wants it to flow over a certain rock and because of the way the natural rock is placed the flow of water isn't flowing exactly over a portion of a rock. i explained this will happen and that the water is flowing extremely well over the the boulders. I also sent our annual spring mailing to bob in march of this year and have yet to hear from bob. Sincerely, Scott Brown Cambridge Landscapes Inc.

Excellent in designing the landscape and installing in an expeditious manner. Chose excellent plants that look great. Failed to handle a few important details correctly during installation but responded quickly to correct the problems.

1st appt was for a Wed. They called back to come a few days sooner (Sat). Late Sat afternoon I called to see if they were coming. That was the last I heard until a week and a half later when I was told they'd be there that day. Once they FINALLY arrived. The job was completed efficiently and worth the price.
